These terms govern your use of freshflowerwellness.store and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Fresh Flower Wellness is an Indian seller of Ayurvedic skincare, founded in 1990 by Rajvaid Shree Monish Ji Solanki. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", or "our" refers to Fresh Flower Wellness. "You" refers to the person using the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a contract under Indian law to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm both.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. You may close your account at any time by writing to us.
4. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we send you an order confirmation by email. Until that point, we may decline an order for any reason, including stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a delivery address we do not service. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment in full.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. Online payment is processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available where stated at checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you confirm your order.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges, and our policy on damaged or undelivered packages are described in our Shipping and Returns Policy. That policy is part of these terms.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Product information
We describe each product accurately and list its ingredients in plain language. Skincare results vary from person to person and depend on consistent use over time. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified medical practitioner before use.
9. Spa Essentials line
Products listed under Spa Essentials are sold only to salons, spas, and wellness centres for professional use. They are not available for retail purchase, and any order placed for retail use will be cancelled.
10. Intellectual property
The Fresh Flower Wellness name, logo, product names, photography, written content, and the website itself are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Limitations on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform when caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, courier strikes, or internet outages.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
