About the products
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Every preparation in our catalogue is built from botanical and mineral ingredients only. We do not use parabens, sulphates, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil, or petroleum derivatives. The full ingredient list is published on each product page.
Are they cruelty-free?
Yes. We do not test on animals at any stage of formulation or production, and we do not sell in markets that require animal testing.
How long until I see results?
Ayurvedic preparations work by feeding the skin and shifting underlying behaviour, not by coating the surface. Most users notice a change in 4 to 6 weeks of consistent use. We do not promise transformation in seven days, because real transformation does not work that way.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?
Each product is built around well-tolerated botanicals, but skin reacts differently to different actives. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend a patch test on the inside of your forearm before applying to your face. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, consult a qualified practitioner first.
Can I use them during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
The catalogue uses traditional Ayurvedic ingredients that are widely considered safe, but pregnancy and breastfeeding are sensitive periods. Please consult your doctor before introducing any new skincare product, including ours.
How should I store the products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The lids are designed to seal between uses. Do not refrigerate unless the label says so.
What is the shelf life?
Unopened, our products keep for 24 months from the date of manufacture. Once opened, use within 6 months for best results. The batch and expiry dates are printed on each package.

Where do you ship?
Across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 3 to 6 working days. Remote pin codes: 5 to 8 working days. Full details are in our Shipping and Returns Policy.
What does shipping cost?
₹50 per order, free on orders above ₹500.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, on orders between ₹200 and ₹5000, with a small handling fee shown at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare for hygiene reasons. Defective or wrongly delivered products are always replaced or refunded. Full policy: Shipping and Returns.

Spa Essentials line
What is the Spa Essentials line?
It is a separate line of preparations made exclusively for salons, spas, and wellness centres. The flagship is the Rock Valley Mud Face Mask, a mineral-rich preparation collected from fertile soils.
Can I buy Spa Essentials for personal use?
No. The line is sold under terms suited to recurring commercial use and is not available to retail buyers. If you are looking for personal-use skincare, the retail catalogue covers the same standard of formulation.

Who formulates the products?
Every preparation we sell is formulated by Rajvaid Shree Monish Ji Solanki, who founded Fresh Flower Wellness in 1990 and has more than 45 years of practical expertise in classical Ayurvedic preparation. The founder is the formulator.
Why is the catalogue so small?
By design. The line is deliberate, not seasonal. There are no limited editions, no fourteen variants of the same product. When a preparation is in the catalogue, it has earned its place. Read more on Our Story.
